To qualify for this program, the IRS must recognize your organization as a non-profit charitable organization, and a referral form must be completed and sent to Century 21 iProperties Hawaii.
All you need to do is let your members know that if they buy or sell real estate, they can help raise much needed funds for your organization by referring the business to Century 21 iProperties Hawaii. When the transaction closes, if your supporter directs us to make a donation to your organization, we coordinate through escrow a contribution to your organization for 10% of the commission that was paid to Century 21 iProperties Hawaii.
